京都混種搖滾樂團the engy主流出道後首張專輯《On weekdays》終於發行！以描寫手忙腳亂的24小時平凡日子，所構成的這張概念專輯，收錄了日劇《東京LINE情故事》主題曲〈Driver〉、今年推出的兩張數位單曲〈Sleeping on the bedroom floor〉、〈Words on the paper〉，和日前搶先公開的專輯新歌〈Funny ghost〉等共15首歌曲，在細緻流暢的音色包裹下，演繹出自然搖擺的絕佳韻味。專輯封面請來曾合作過《Sleeping on the bedroom floor》單曲封面的新銳藝術家「Kaworu Nakano」，為這次的新專輯繪製設計，畫作藉由光影明暗的表現和日月圓缺，呼應了度過一天24小時的專輯概念，也讓整張作品更臻完美。
